Thank You and May God Bless You

Abdel-Ahad was born on July1st 1927 to
Maroki Abdal and Asoma Al KasShamoon.
He was a husband, a brother, a father to seven children, and a grandfather to eighteen grand children. He departed this world at St. Joseph Hospital and entered
eternal life on September 30th 2015 to join his late wife Amera Abdal. He is survived by his sons: Salwan and Suhail Abdal; his daughters: Salwa Shammami, Sohayla Mammo, Izdihar Yono, Anwar Shina, and Angie Abdal. He is also, survived by his sister Sabria Goga and Mary Abro. He is also a brother of the deceased Aziz, Michael, Elias Abdal and sister Juliet kouza.

Abdel-ahad was a devoted husband and father; caring, loving, compassionate, dedicated and hard-working man. He was obedient to his parents from an early age; he willingly accepted responsibilities after the passing of his father. He was a bright student and one of the first to complete a certification in teaching at that time. He served as a teacher for 33 years, although he continued teaching family and the people around him throughout his life. He was a knight and a member of the Knights of Columbus organization where he dedicated hours helping those in need. Abdel-ahad had served as a Deacon in the Chaldean church for many years.

He lived a long, humble, and fulfilling life; he spent most of his time with family and friends; and dedicated all his free time studying and learning the Chaldean language and serving God.

May God Bless his soul and accept him into his heavenly gardens.
