Our lady of Perpetual Help Chaldean Church on
Tuesday, Sept. 8, 2020 at 10:00 am.

Committal Service:
Interment will take place at
Holy Sepulchre Cemetery following Church Services.

At the families request any gift of flowers can be sent
to the church the day of the funeral.
