Eliska "Ely" Karrumi , age 78, of Commerce Twp, passed away peacefully on the night of October 28th, 2025, surrounded by her loved ones.

She was born on October 7, 1947, in Nove Mesto nad Váhom, Czechoslovakia, to Jan and Anna Vaclav. Eliska was the beloved sister of the late Jarmila "Jarka" Ferencikova (Jozko) of Bratislava, Slovakia, and of Peter Vaclav (Monica) of Sterling Heights, Michigan. She was also a cherished aunt to many.

Eliska was a loving wife to the late Ashraf "Chuck" Karrumi and a loving mother to Timothy (Sandi), Eric (Lena), and Christopher (Carah) Karrumi. She found great joy in her grandchildren Marisa, Jon-Luke, Angelina, Dilyla, Alexis, Juliana, Delanee, and Theodore, as well as her step-grandchildren Nyle and Aspen.

Eliska's love for her family and friends was profound and felt deeply by all who knew her. Her warmth, laughter, and generosity will forever remain in our hearts!
