Dear family and friends,
It is with great sadness that we inform you of the loss of our beloved Mother, Grandmother and Great
Grandmother, Fadhila Kyriakos Al-Katib.

She passed away peacefully , surrounded by her loving family on November 29, 2022 at the age of 83
yrs. old

She was born July 1, 1939 in Bakdida, Iraq to the late Kyriakos and
the late Mariam (Zaker) Al-Katib.

Fadhila was a devoted wife to the late Sevani Jarjees-Alkasthoma. Together they has 8 beautiful
Children: Nidhal (the late Ghanam) Jarjees, Wissam (Ghada) Jarjees, Sabah (Niran) Jarjees,
the late Muwafak Jarjees, Basma Jarjees, Naila Jarjees, Nail Jarjees and Bashar Jarjees.

Humble Grandmother to Firas Haddo, Danty Haddo, Bashair Zetouna ,
Brian Jarjees, Elizabeth Jarjees and Christin Jarjees.

Cherished Great Grandmother of Olivia Zetouna, Joseph Zetouna, Liana Haddo, Jayden Haddo and
Matthew Zetouna.

Fadhila dedicated her life to serving her children and family. She will be missed by many and will live
on in our hearts forever.
