Dear family and friends,
We regret to inform you of the loss of the beloved Habeeba Hesano.
Habeeba Hesano, 98, of Southfield, Michigan
passed away peacefully on May 23, 2023.
Habeeba was born on January 10, 1925.
She arrived in the United States
with her mom and
was reunited with her father who had previously come to
the USA. She married Aziz Hesano on February 8, 1942, in Detroit.
Unfortunately, Aziz her husband passed away in 1962, leaving her a single
mother to 7 children between the ages of 3 and 19, who loved her
immensely. She was a woman of great faith and attended mass daily until
she became home bound in the last months.
Habeeba is preceded in death by her parents, David Koury and Ameena
(Salem), and children Bobby (Sandy) Hesano, Paul (Tamar) Hesano, and
Maryanne Wazir.
Habeeba is survived by her children Sharkey (Sue) Hesano, Dennis
(Elaine) Hesano, Raymond (Mandy) Hesano, and Steve (Ann) Hesano.
Habeeba is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 38 great-grandchildren.
