IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Hayat Chika
Jajonie
September 14, 1939 – July 30, 2020
Hayat Jajonie was born on September 14, 1939
and entered eternal rest on July 30, 2020.
Wife of the late Hikmat Jajonie, Survived by her daughters
Eva, Eman (Namir) Daman, Hasna (Safa) Chika, and
son Steve (Linda Garmo), Brother Sabah and Sister Nadia, and 8 Grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her loving parents Istiphan Chika & Nanni Kachucha,
Brother Saeed and Sisters Evone, Mary, Rajaa, Najeeba, and Betty.
She was a devoted wife, mother, sister and grandmother;
she will be forever missed and remembered fondly by all who loved and knew her.
Jesus said "I am the resurrection and the life.
The one who believes in me will live, even though they die;
and whoever lives by believing in me will never die.
Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted."
We must not be as the rest of the world who grieve
without hope for those that sleep in death,
for we believe that Jesus died and rose again, and so we believe that
God will bring with Jesus those who have fallen asleep in him.
After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up
together with them to meet the Lord and be with Him forever.
Therefore, we must encourage one another with these
words and hope in Jesus, the Lord and Savior of all.

Remember O most gracious Virgin Mary that never was it known
that anyone who fled to Thy protection, implored Thy help, and
sought Thy intercession was left unaided. Inspired with this confidence,
I fly unto Thee, O Virgin of virgins. My Mother!
to Thee I come; before Thee I stand, sinful and sorrowful.
Oh Mother of the Word incarnate despise not my petitions,
but, in Thy mercy, hear and answer me.
Amen
