The family of Jameela Kinaia Sesi
have requested that an
in state viewing take place at
Mother of God Chaldean Catholic Church.
Church Services:
There will be an in state church viewing
before the Requiem Mass from
9:00 Am. to 10:00 Am.
A Requiem Mass will take place
Friday, May 06, 2016 at 10:00 Am. at
Mother of God Chaldean Catholic Church

A committal service will follow
the Requiem Mass at
Holy Sepulchre Catholic Cemetery located on

Jameela Kinaia Sesi
passed away peacefully, surrounded
by loving family, on May 3 , 2016 in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
She was born August 25, 1925.
Mrs. Sesi resided in Ypsilanti and most recently
Ann Arbor since 1963. Jameela was the devoted wife of the late Karim Sesi, who preceded her in death,
along with their beloved son the late John Sesi.
Jameela was also preceded in death by her beloved brother Louis, and beloved sisters Zarifa, Regina, Meriam and Mary. She was the last surviving of her siblings from that great, great generation.
Jameela was the proud mother of nine and a mother figure to all she met with her unbounded love, generosity and hospitality.
She is survived by eight of her children: Malika Sesi(Costas Anagnostopoulos) of Bloomfield Hills, Salwa Sesi of Bloomfield Hills, Nadia Sesi of Ann Arbor, Josephine Sesi(Ron Kassab of Bloomfield Hills, Catherine Sesi of Ann Arbor, Joseph Sesi (Yvonne Kuczynski) of Ann Arbor, Nasret Sesi (former wife Paola) of Ann Arbor, and Narmeen Sesi(Sebastian Gaeta). Beloved grandchildren Yasmine Najor (Brian), Alexander , Malina, Lauren, Isabella , Gabrielle ,Katie, Daniele and Julia, and her beloved great grandchildren Andrew, Madeleine, and Matthew Najor.
