W e regret to inform you of the loss of the beloved John Abdoian.

John Thomas Abdoian was born in Baghdad, Iraq on March 20, 1946 to Thomas and Mariam Abdoian.

On New Years Eve, 1969, John immigrated to the United States to pursue a college degree.
In 1973, while attending a local carnival, he met Sondra Wood. After 6 months together, John proposed and on January 27, 1974 they got married. In 1981, they welcomed their first of 4 children, all of whom John doted on every chance he had.

John loved to attend carnivals and fairs, especially with his family and was the first to attempt the
scariest of rides. He enjoyed watching football and was an avid Backgammon player. But above all, John
was a man of faith, a loyal friend, and devoted family man and enjoyed nothing more than being with
his children and grandchildren.

Loving Son of the late Thomas and late Mariam Abdoian.

Devoted Husband of 50 years to Sondra Wood Abdoian.

Cherished Father of Nikki Beedle, Angel (Michael) Bender, Erica (Curt Heffner) Abdoian, Matthew
(Jennifer) Abdoian, and Joseph (Tammy) Abdoian.

Adoring Grandfather of Paris, LaSaia, Jasmine, Persilla, Alana, Brenden, Aiden, Charlie, Tristian and
Gregory.

Loving Brother of Amal, Seta (sis), Nonosh (Krikor), and Dr. Dickran (Seta wife). John was preceded in
death by siblings Suzy, Arsho, Emy, Ogene, Samir, and Abdo.
