Katrine Jane (Nagarah) Moloney passed away January 30, 2024. Jane was preceded in death by her father Nissan Nagarah, her mother Georgia Najor and stepfather George P. Najor, her brothers John (Theresa) and Peter (Barbara).

Jane is survived by her husband of 55 years Tim, their daughter Rachel
and son Nathan (Kimberly) and grandchildren Adelaide and Flynn. Jane is also survived by her brothers Thomas (Barbara), Richard, David and Slster Michelle (Hatham).

Jane was born June 18, 1949 in Baghdad, Iraq. Her family came to the
United States in 1952 and she grew up in Highland Park, MI

Jane and Tim were married in 1969. In 1977 they moved to an abandoned farm in WV where the two of them successfully built their own house, and workshop, and rebuilt the 45-acre farm into a self- efficient working sheep farm. They also worked construction to supplement their farm income. After being blessed with a daughter and son in the early 80's, they moved back to Michigan to be closer to family.

Jane was an accomplished artist through many mediums, but none more so than glass. Her stained glass works were where her deepest artistic talent and passion lay.

Jane and Tim built a glass studio on their mini-farm in Novi, MI, where she spent the next 30+ years immersed in her passion of creating art in stained glass, and mosaics.
In 2022 Jane and Tim sold their place in Novi and moved to Marietta, GA, into a house right across the street from their son Nathan and his family. After making the move, in a letter to one of her very best friends she said, "I am exactly where I am suppose to be".

There will be a Celebration of Jane's Life on Saturday, September 28, 2024, from 12 to 4pm at The Tiki Bar located at 142 E. Walled Lake Dr., Walled Lake, MI 48390
