We regret to inform you of the loss of the Beloved
Lamees Korkis Jindo Bakos.

Lamees went to be with the Lord, peacefully with her family by her side, on Saturday, July 23, 2022 at the age of 60. Beloved wife of Louie for 30 years. Loving mother of Philip, Paul, and Adam. Cherished sister of Firial, Farid, Intisar, Ikhlas, Walid, Thaira, and Thamin and sister-in-law of Balsam. Dear daughter-in-law of Charles. Predeceased by her parents Korkis and Gorgia Jindo and her mother-in-law Jestine Bakos. Lamees will be dearly missed by many nieces and nephews, extended family and friends in Canada, the USA, and overseas.

Lamees, along with her husband Louie, worked together for 30 years in the hospitality industry taking care of their wonderful customers, each of whom touched their lives. A heartfelt thank you to everyone at the South Walkerville Medical Centre for their years of support.

A special thanks to the staff and doctors at the Windsor Cancer Centre, the London Health Sciences Cancer Centre, and Bayshore for all their wonderful and compassionate care over the last 14 years.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Windsor and Essex County Cancer Centre Foundation would be appreciated by the family.

Visitation on Wednesday, July 27, 2022 from 6-9 p.m. with a Funeral Service on Thursday, July 28, 2022 beginning at 11:00 a.m. at Families First, 3260 Dougall Ave., South Windsor, 519-969-5841. Those who cannot attend are welcome to join in the LiveStream of the service from home. Interment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.

A Memorial Luncheon will be held
Sunday, July 31, 2022 at 1:00 pm at
Sahara Restaurant  & Banquet Center

Sterling Heights, MI 48310
The family will receive guests until 7:00 pm.

A Funeral Mass and Committal Service will take place in Windsor, Ontario.
