A Requiem Mass will be held at
Mother of God Chaldean Catholic Church on
Tuesday, Sept. 29, 2020 at 11:00 am.

Committal Service:
Entombment will take place at
Holy Sepulchre Catholic Cemetery
following Church Services.

At the families request any gift of flowers can be sent
to the church the day of the funeral.
