A memorial visitation take place
Thursday July 16, 2015
from the hours of 4:00 Pm. to 8:00 Pm.
at Southfield Funeral Home.
Church Services: A Requiem Mass will take place
Friday July 17, 2015 at 10:00 Am. at
St. Thomas Chaldean Catholic Church
6900 W. Maple Rd.
West Bloomfield, MI. 48322
A committal service will follow
the Requiem Mass at
Holy Sepulchre Catholic Cemetery located on
25800 W. 10 Mile Road in Southfield, MI. 48033
(10 Mile & Beech Rd.)

In observance of the seven day wake
A Memorial Luncheon and Prayer Vigil
will follow the cemetery Services.
The family will stay until 6:00 pm. at
