Beloved husband of Jennifer Kouza.

Doting father of  Samantha, Hailey and Julia Kouza.

Cherished brother of  Mary (John) Kouza Kalil, Melissa Kouza and Marvin (Rosa) Kouza.

He will be missed by all who knew him.

The family apologizes for not accepting guests at their home.
They will accept your condolences via phone calls, social media messages and texting.

At the families request any gift of flowers can be sent to
the church the day of the funeral.
