Morey Behnan Gergis.

Son of the late Behnan & Rosa Gergis.

Loving husband of Renee Gergis of almost 50 years.

Cherished father of Benjamin(Reem) Gergis, Derrick (Rana) Gergis and Candice Gergis.

Beloved grandfather of Julia, Dylan, Michael, Pierce, Nicholas, Christian, Parker, Kennedy, Violet, Presley and James.

Brother of Ramzi (Julie) Gergis, the late Peter (Jean) Gergis, Seham (Eliya) Boji, and Richard (Marlene) Gergis.

Brother in law of the late Tony(Najat) Stephen, Rihab (Sabah) Kako, the late Ridath (Anhar) Stephen, the late Raad Stephen, and Steve (Zena) Stephen.

A devoted husband to his best friend, Renee, of almost 50 years. Morey lived life to the fullest; he was the life of the party. He would light up a room with joy and happiness, warmth, laughter, and a spirit that he brought to all who knew him.

A hardworking father and businessman who taught his kids the fundamentals of business and life. He was a provider for his family through strength, kindness, and unwavering faith.

He loved to share his wisdom of “hardwork, faith in God, and honesty” with everyone. He was a man of integrity, generosity, and deep love, always putting those he loved first.

Nothing brought him greater happiness than his grandchildren, whom he adored beyond measure. His proudest role was being a grandfather to 11.

His happiness and love for life and people will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered, and forever held in the hearts of all who were blessed to have known him.
