The family has requested that there
will be a memorial visitation taking place
for the late Nadir Joseph Mattia.

Visitation will take place
Thursday Oct. 22, 2015
from 4:00 to 8:00 Pm
at Southfield funeral home.

Church Services:
A Requiem Mass will take place
Friday October 23, 2015 at

St. Edith Church

The Requiem Mass will immediately

Nadir, Or "Nate" as he was known to all that knew him, was born July 17 ^th 1972. He was the loving son of Nader and Bonnie Mattia brother of Reana and Ronnie, uncle of Amanda and Christopher, nephew, cousin and friend to many.

Nate was born in Detroit Michigan, resided in

Livonia and graduated from Churchill High

School. His passions in life were, his family, his

friends, motorcycles, heavy metal music and a

good party! Nate really enjoyed when his rather

large family and friends would get together for

various parties in his back yard. He loved having

his cousins and their new little ones around,

Nate had such a love for children. He was a good

person to be around, he seem to take everything

in stride. I don't think I ever saw Nate angry!

John 12 :2 "In my Father's house there are many

rooms; if it were not so, I would have told you. I

am going there to prepare a place for you, and if I

go and prepare a place for you, I will come back

and take you to be with me so that you may also

be where I am"......Nate's room was ready at

12:50 a.m. Monday, October 19th 2015..

When Nate was a child, I remember one of his

friends lovingly said to me "Nate's eyes are the

window to his heart, big and beautiful."

"Rest in peace Nate, the memories, your smiles

and laughter will live on forever. You were truly a

special person with a heart like no other".

"When it comes to our end, we'll all be with you

again, love you brat".....Reana
