Dear Family and Friends,
We regret the loss
of the late Naeem Hanna Azzo.
Husband of the late Widad Azzo.
loving Father of Hawad (Hathiam) Polis,
Fadia (the late Basil) Kashat, Wasan (Richard) Nofar,
Nadia (Saad) Dallo & Fadi (siba) Azzo.
Humble grandfather of 17 grandchildren
& 5 great grandchildren.

The prayer service will take place at
Holy Martyrs Chaldean Church.
Friday April 17, 2020 at 11:00 am.
The interment will take place at White Chapel Cemetery .
