Services will take place at
Mother of God Chaldean Church on
Tuesday, July 07, 2020 at 10:00 am. to 11:00 am
A requiem mass will take place at 11:00 am.

Committal Service:
The interment will take place at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery
following Church Services.

The family will have a memorial luncheon
and Prayer vigil to follow Cemetery services at
Wabeek Country Club
The family will accept guests until 7:00 pm.

Please any flower arrangements are to be sent to
Wabeek Country Club at the families request.

Due to CDC Regulations 50 % capacity of people
will be allowed inside the church. Please wear a mask.
all others must remain in their cars.
The committal service taking place at
Holy Sepulchre Cemetery following church services have specific rules.
Due to the CDC regulations for non covid burials.
100 family members and friends will be allowed at graveside.
All in attendance must remain 25 feet away from the gravesite
