A Requiem Mass will take place
Wednesday, April 17, 2019 at 10:00 am. at
St. Thomas Chaldean Catholic Church
6900 West Maple Rd.
West Bloomfield, Michigan 48323

A committal service will follow
the Requiem Mass at
Holy Sepulchre Catholic Cemetery located on
25800 W. 10 Mile Road in Southfield, MI. 48033
(10 Mile & Beech Rd.)

In observation of the seven day wake
A memorial luncheon and Prayer Vigil
will follow the cemetery services at
Farmington Hills Manor
23666 Orchard Lake Road,
Farmington Hills, Michigan
The family will stay until 7:00 PM.
